THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER b) Provided the goods ordered are in stock and that the customer has provided adequate payment, DigiCams-UK will dispatch within 2 days of receipt of your order. However, DigiCams-UK cannot take responsibility for postal delays. c) DigiCams-UK reserves the right to refuse to supply all or part of an order, regardless whether adequate payment has been offered. b) The customer may return goods within 30 working days if there is a fault with the product or if the product is damaged in any way. In this event, the DigiCams-UK will bare the cost of returning the goods, and will send a replacement by return. c) Returns will not be accepted after 30 working days of receiving the goods. a) DigiCams-UK reserves the right to dispatch the goods to the customer by whichever means it sees fit. b) DigiCams-UK will attempt to dispatch orders via the most cost-effective way, and this may mean that orders may not always be dispatched in one package. c) Some orders will be dispatched by parcel delivery services that will require a signature of receipt upon delivery. In such a case, DigiCams-UK will
liaise with the customer and the delivery service as to when is a convenient time for the customer to receive the goods. If the customer has agreed to take delivery at a specific time, and at that specific time there is no one to accept the goods (in which case they will be returned to us), the customer must incur the return delivery charge to us. d) If in such a circumstance as cited in clause 4c, DigiCams-UK will attempt to rearrange a new delivery time, but will not dispatched until the return delivery charge and the new delivery charge (which will be the same as stated in the original order), is paid by the customer. e) DigiCams-UK will not dispatch any goods until a valid credit card payment has been accepted, or in the case of a customer paying by cheque, that the cheque has cleared. a) If you have a complaint you should visit our Contact us Page where you will find details of how you can make a complaint.
